职责概要:

Responsibilities outline:

  负责集团及所属二级机构的人力资源管理工作,最大限度地开发人力资源,为实现集团经营发展战略目标提供人力保障。

主要职责:

Main duties:

  1、全面负责集团及所属机构的人力资源管理工作;

       1, overall responsibility for the Group and affiliated organizations of human resources management;

  2、向集团决策者提供有关人力资源战略、组织机构建设等方面的建议,并致力于提高集团的综合管理水平;

       2, group decision-makers to provide information on human resources strategy, organizational construction and other aspects of the proposal and committed to improving the Group's integrated management level;

  3、建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式(包含招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设),组织制定、执行、监督人力资源管理制度;

  4、参与制定集团及子公司、子报工作计划与目标,并对计划执行及目标完成情况进行考核;

  5、塑造、维护、发展和传播企业文化;

  8、根据需求和发展需要制定招聘计划、完成人员内部或外部招聘工作;
