（1）连续从事本职业工作13年以上。
（2）取得大学本科学历证书后，连续工作5年以上。
（3）具有大学本科学历证书，取得本职业三级证书后，连续工作4年以上。
（4）具有大学本科学历证书，取得本职业三级证书后，连续工作3年以上，参加培训并出示培训证明
（5）取得硕士研究生及以上学历证书后，连续工作2年以上。
如学员个人人力资源师网上报考条件不符合，可通过培训学校培训报名，理想国际人力资源师学院目前提供5月考试培训与报考套餐（2010年北京人力资源报考时间，最终截止报名日期3月10日，学校需要整理学员资料，因此提前5天截止报考）：
